Signing in
For users: sign in at venturenetwork.ai/login. The page offers the methods below, in the order it shows them, and only the ones this deployment has credentials for.
Georgia Tech SSO
Section titled “Georgia Tech SSO”The top button on the sign-in page, labeled “Continue with Georgia Tech SSO.” It signs you in with your Microsoft account (GT logins run on Microsoft Entra). A gatech.edu address becomes an active member on its own, as soon as the email is verified. Nothing else to do.
Email and password
Section titled “Email and password”Enter your email and a password of at least 10 characters. Forgot it? Choose “Forgot your password?” for a reset link, which expires in 30 minutes.
Magic link
Section titled “Magic link”Choose “Email me a link instead” under the password field. Enter your email and the network sends a single-use sign-in link. No password needed. The link expires in 15 minutes.
A “Google” button below the sign-in form, when this provider is configured.
A “LinkedIn” button next to Google, when this provider is configured. It appears only when the deployment has LinkedIn credentials set up, so you may not see it.
Passkeys
Section titled “Passkeys”Passkeys are not on the sign-in page directly. Add one from /settings after your first sign-in, using whatever method got you in. After that, the email field on the sign-in page offers your passkey through the browser’s own autofill.
Getting in
Section titled “Getting in”A gatech.edu address is active on its own once its email is verified, through any of the methods above. Everyone else needs one of two things:
- An invite code. Enter it in the “Invite code” field when you create your account. A code looks like
VN-5LTU-ZXTM. - An admin’s approval. Create your account without a code, and you land in the pending list. The page tells you “The E-Club team reviews requests within a few days. We will email you the moment you are approved.”
If your account is suspended instead, the page says so and tells you to contact the E-Club team.
For how an admin issues codes and approves people, see Inviting members.
