vn progress

For users: the vn progress commands. Log, edit, and browse progress entries. Every command accepts --json to print its result as JSON for scripts and agents. This page is generated from the CLI’s own oclif manifest on every build, so it matches the published @venturenetwork/cli. Install it from The CLI.

Log a progress entry, on your own profile or on a project you are on the roster of.

Flag Type Description Default
--project option Log this entry on a project you are on the roster of, instead of your own profile.
--kind option Progress kind. required
--title option Entry title, 3 to 140 characters. required
--note option Entry note.
--occurred-at option When it happened, ISO 8601. Defaults to now.
--publish-to option Share to this organization slug, or “public” for the public feed. Repeat for more than one. repeatable
--linkedin boolean Also post the title, note, and a link back to your log on LinkedIn through your linked account (needs the deployment to have LinkedIn sharing on).

Delete one of your own progress entries for good.

Argument Required Description
ID yes Progress entry id.

List progress entries.

Flag Type Description Default
--author option Only entries this handle wrote.
--project option Only entries on this project id.
--mine boolean Only entries you wrote, regardless of visibility.
--feed boolean Only entries shared with you, the way the post feed works.
--kind option Filter by kind.
--limit option Maximum number of entries to list. 25

Set or remove the photo on one of your progress entries, from a file or a link.

ID yes Progress entry id.
FILE no Path to a PNG, JPEG, WebP, or GIF, at most 5 MB.

--url option An image link to import a copy of, instead of a file.
--remove boolean Remove the current photo instead of uploading one.
